    HOA Content

HOAs are solely responsible for the content they submit, including:

  • Announcements

  • Financial information

  • Community notices

  • Images

MyHOAUSA acts as a technology provider and does not verify the accuracy of submitted content.


Payments

Fees for services are outlined in your service agreement. Payments are due according to the agreed billing schedule. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

Intellectual Property

All MyHOAUSA branding, logos, website designs, software, graphics, and original content remain the property of MyHOAUSA unless otherwise agreed in writing.

HOAs retain ownership of their own documents and community content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyHOAUSA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MyHOAUSA harmless from claims arising from content you submit or your misuse of our services.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for non-payment.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
