In partnership with Swift Lawn Services Churchill Downs is getting the foliage surrounding our signs trimmed and cleaned in time for the Fall season. We encourage all neighbors to start preparing your yards for the cooler seasons and consider cutting back overgrown shrubs and removing unsightly plants before the cooler temperatures settle in. Thank you for all you do to keep your homes and this community so beautiful all year round. We’re looking forward to enjoying your holiday decorations through the Fall and Winter.
